December 2024 – What’s New

Hello DPG Members,

We’re welcoming in December with a new creature release, a Skoonametrodon buff and more!

Introducing…Proto Lux

Proto Lux are believed to be able to walk bipedally for short periods, using their clubbed tails as ballast. This mighty Apex hybrid will be available to fuse from Protonodon and Crichtomoloch as of December 4!

Skoonametrodon Gets a Buff

An Apex Hybrid, we’ve noticed that Skoonametrodon has been lacking some bite early on in the fight. To help pack a punch, we are inverting how the abilities function; giving it more attack capabilities early on, then switching to a more defensive stance when you are low in health. We believe this change will make Skoonametrodon more relevant in the current meta, and we will be keeping an eye on it and its performances.

Abilities

• Alert Strike , Alert Impact, Alert Defense and Alert Counter – their Secure and Threatened effect is now inverted.
  • Fierce effects will happen above 50% and Resilient effects will happen under 50% hP
