[NEWS] 3.20 Known Issues

Hello Explorers,

Our team has been made aware of some issues following Update 3.20.

With your feedback, the team has been able to identify and quickly address several bugs:

• Users are unable to log in with Facebook
  – Due to an outage with Facebook, it caused users to be unable to log in with Facebook, this was on Meta’s side. This has now been resolved and users should be able to log in again.
• Google Play users unable to switch accounts

• Some missions are not being progressed in the Travel hub when users complete actions towards them (Under Investigation).
• The 3.20 update prevented some users from finishing the Brawl Battles on June 10th. As compensation we are extending the June 16th Battles to end on June 18th. (discord post)
• Short-Range Scents are only spawning Common Creatures when used in the Travel Hub (Under Investigation).
• ESD (Featured Creatures) – Creatures not in the Supply Drop Featured Creatures list are shown as limited time ones in the Travel Hub (Under Investigation).

The following bugs are still under investigation and the team is hoping to provide updates soon:

• Users still unable to claim rewards from Tournaments
• Coelophysis not spawning for some users
• Raid invites still not working
