3.8 Known Issues

Hello DPG Members,

Our team has been made aware of some issues following Update 3.8

The team is currently investigating the following issues:

  Raids are much more challenging than before version 3.8

  • This is the result of a bug where Rend abilities would consider the Raid Boss’ Health based on the total available Raid rounds, instead of a single Raid round. We addressed this in version 3.8. As a result, it means the Raids now match our initial desired intentions for how they behave with Rend effects. We apologize for not including this in the initial Release Notes post.
  • But we’ve heard your feedback on the increased difficulty level this ‘fix’ has created. Ahead of any additional changes, we are looking at the data to make sure that we can maintain a challenging raid that is still fun and attainable for you. Stay tuned for additional details very soon!
• We’re aware of a visual issue where the “Missed Rewards” pop-up could continuously appear after spinning Supply Drops.
  • A fix has been identified and an update is in progress to resolve this quickly.
• We are aware of a visual issue where a player joining an Alliance could see a READY TO COLLECT Tournament reward but there is nothing to collect. Changing screens will display the proper visual; please note there is no reward to collect.
  • This issue is still under investigation
• Echo’s “Precise Bound and Bite” ability title is inconsistent
  • This was a Release Notes error. The final intended ability name is “Precise Bound and Bite”
• We’re investigating display issues with Revenge Icons in Battle
• Hydro Boa shed her skin too early!
  • The placeholder image for Hydra Boa’s skin has been removed
• We’re investigating the Expedition Drone’s audio remaining On even when the app’s sound settings are set to Off.

Please note that some of these issues may require a new game version update that our team is working hard to deliver it and hopes to release it as soon as possible.

While we foresee releasing this new version early next week, we will notify everyone once it is available for download.
