YutyrannusOmega

The feathered tyrant Yutyrannus is the largest known carnivorous dinosaur which definitely had feathers!

  • Yutyrannus is one of the most strategic theropods out there: it hits hard before fleeing in a cloud of feathers! This Fierce dinosaur mixes a high healing potential with a lot of damage-increase power. This facilitates a high damage output before leaving the field.

HomalocephaleOmega

This quick moving pachycephalosaur is remarkable for the flat shape of its cranium. Don’t worry, it’s still useful for a headbutt!

  • Homalocephale is a real stunner, and it has a hard head! This pachycephalosaur’s attack Stat can climb quite high, making it capable of playing as a high-damage dealer with the power to take down unprepared Cunnings. Alternatively, this dinosaur can be played more as a resilient team member with a consistent damage output. Don’t forget its Swap In ability, which provides a safe entrance against opponents vulnerable to Stun.

MasiakasaurusOmega

This vicious lizard has very unique dentition– forward-facing teeth! These were probably used for catching a specialized fish diet.

  • Those backwards teeth sure cut both ways: Masiakasaurus rends when it enters and when it escapes! It knows your creature’s vulnerable, so remove its Cloak for goodness’ sake! The key to Masiakasaurus’ power is its Fade. Use it in tandem with Instant Dodge Impact and Weakening Decimate and Run. If you combine that with Fade, you can deal 5 times this Omega’s Attack Stat!

RativatesOmega

Rativates means ‘raft seer’– so named for its resemblance to the extant bird species ratites. Rativates is a swift-moving ornithomimid that stands smaller than most of its cousins.

  • Rativates is a Multi-Attacker with huge Armor reduction capacities and the power to be a rending fight finisher. This Omega’s Offensive Stance comes with a Dodge behavior that helps set up attacks and the ability to attack while still supporting itself defensively.

OlorotitanOmega

The duck-billed Olorotitan is a gentle giant. This hadrosaur stood up to 12 feet tall and weighed up to 3.5 metric tons!

  • Olorotitan is a reinvention of the healer in JWA, making itself a sort of “Leader of the Herd”. All of Olorotiran’s abilities are tailored to group fights, but this does not come at the expense of its capacity to perform in PVP. Olorotitan’s real value comes from its multi-turn Vulnerability, and if opponents flee to avoid it, their replacement gets hit with a powerful Shield that takes a Shield Destruction or Nullify to remove!

The blue-crested Geosterbergia is among the largest pterosaurs ever to fly! It has a wingspan of up to 20 feet!

  • Play this flyer right, and you can take the fight! Force your opponent to flee or Swap a new dinosaur to the field, and Geosternbergia’s Divebomb can deal up to 5x its damage Stat!

Nomingia is a non-hybrid Unique.

Nomingia may be a small Oviraptor, but it has a lot of personality! The crest and unique feather fan of the Nomingia are used for mating displays.

  • Nomingia is a high-risk high-reward kind of dinosaur. This Unique is JWA’s first with an enhanced Critical Damage Stat, which can have the effect of hitting the jackpot when you land a Critical! Play smart around its Priority abilities and Dodge potential, ensuring you can capitalize on that well-timed attack!

Hybrid Ingredients: Panthera blytheae + Thylacotator

Little is known of the solitary Pantherator. These hunters prefer to dwell in only the highest alpine regions, creating territories of solitude that even Panthera Blythea will not challenge.

  • Pantherator enhances the defensive tools and countering capacities of its hybrid component Panthera blytheae. This cat’s Shredding Wound is truly lethal if used in the right situation. Overall, this Cunning predator is a legitimate threat to any Fierce it faces off against.

We have made some improvements to Omega gameplay!

  • First, we have increased the size of the bullseye on all Omega creatures so you can gather more DNA each time you encounter them on the Map!
  • Second, we have added more Omega-focused missions in your Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Missions, so you can earn more Rewards and Pass progress when using your Omega creatures!

Tenontosaurus

Like some other of Jurassic World’s hadrosaurs, the Tenontosaurus’ healing focus has caused it to fall a little behind the times. We are making this creature a more interesting option for early-game players and in Rare tournaments.

Abilities:

  • Accelerating Team Heal becomes Rampage Intervention
  • Decelerating Counter added

Attributes:

  • Damage: 1000 to 1100

Resistances:

  • Damage Reduction: 0% to 50%
  • Speed Reduction: 0% to 50%
  • Taunt: 0% to 50%

 

Diabloceratops

We found that this dinosaur was not performing as well as expected, so we have made a few modifications to ensure it can stand up alongside its Omega kin.

Abilities:

  • Leading Charge now Cleanses Damage reduction.
  • Survival Instinct now increases Armor by 15% in its Secure state.
  • Survival Instinct now increases Armor by 25% instead of 20% in its Threatened state.

 

Alacranix

Abilities:

  • Decimating Telson now has a Delay of 1 instead of 2 and a Cooldown of 3 instead of 2.
  • Fierce Counter added

Attributes:

Damage: 1600 to 1650
Health: 4050 to 4250
Speed: 109 to 115
Damage Reduction Resistance: 0% to 25%

 

Scutophicyon

The Scutophicyon struggled a little bit against opponents of similar rarities, and part of that we felt was due to its kit. A little robustness improvements here, a little ability modifications there, and it should now be ready to go as a Fierce-Resilient option.

Abilities:

  • Decelerating Rampage becomes Resilient Group Rampage.
  • Cleansing Strike becomes Instant Defense Shattering Strike.
  • On Escape Lockdown becomes Disarming Lockdown On Escape.

Attributes:

Health: 3600 to 4050

 

Skoolasaurus

Originally, the Skoolasaurus was designed mostly as a dinosaur with a specialty in Raids – thanks to its Tip the Scales ability. Part of its greater problem is its lack of damage and reliance on other creatures to do the damage for it. With the addition of Group Distraction Rampage and a counter, the Skoolasaurus should perform particularly well against dinosaurs primarily using damage buffs.

Abilities:

  • Tip the Scales now deals 1.5x damage to opponent with most positive effects.
  • Group Distraction becomes Group Distracting Rampage
  • Nullifying Counter added

Attributes:

  • Damage: 1000 to 1100
  • Health: 4500 to 4800

Resistances:

  • Distraction Resistance: 0% to 50%
  • Armor Change Resistance: 0% to 50%

ALERT BUFF AND STRIKE

In its Threatened State, this ability now increases Critical Chance by 50% instead of 25%.

SURVIVAL INSTINCT

In its Threatened State, this ability now increases Armor by 25%.
In its Secured State, this ability now increases Armor by 15%.

DECIMATING TELSON

Delay changes from 2 to 1, and Cooldown from 2 to 3.

TIP THE SCALES

Now does 1.5x damage on the Most Buffed Opponent at time of button press (as they will no longer be buffed due to this ability’s effects.)

What’s Fixed?

Some pesky bugs have been squashed for 3.2! Here are a few of the most notable fixes that you are likely to enjoy:

  • Players should be able to properly interact with the dinosaurs when their sanctuary is level 19.
  • Players no longer have to tap multiple times to open Treasure Chases.
  • Fixed issues with Rexy not emitting sounds for some actions while in AR mode.
  • The reset timer within the Recombination menu should now better reflect the actual reset time.
  • The map should now properly load after completing the tutorial.
  • Fixed Several animations with missing audio.

 

We’re currently working on solutions for the following issues:

  • Players may experience issues starting a friendly battle.
  • Players may sometimes experience issues while trying to play the Daily Incubator Video Ad.
  • Players may rarely experience issues including an application crash when interacting with the Creature Tracker.
  • Some creatures might display inaccurate map availability in their creature sheet’s dedicated section.
  • Using the ’93 Classic T. rex in Raids may lead to timeouts on some devices.

We’d like to take a moment and thank everyone who has been participating in our numerous surveys and providing us with constructive feedback on our forums and social channels. We believe in player feedback and although changes rarely occur immediately, the very tangible data we collect, especially from our surveys, help guide us on our roadmaps and future optimizations.
