Release 3.19: The Spring Update

This update brings new dinosaurs and some exciting dinosaur modifications!

What’s New?

SHANTUNGOSAURUS – Common

This large hadrosaur is ready to fiercely defend its territory and crush smaller predators!

NANOPHOSAURUS – Legendary

If a certain T. Rex and a certain Raptor have you cornered…be on the lookout for this future hybrid.

PIERCE – Legendary

A new arrival from Camp Cretaceous, ready to join your team. This friendly Kentrosaurus will soon be available in Live Ops events, but don’t forget to explore the Webstore for some surprise DNA drops!

Keep your eyes peeled for more dinosaur releases in the coming weeks.

MutadonUnique

While the Mutadon had its use in battle, it was only useful in a very limited number of cases, and fell short in a lot of other aspects. We started by making it fully immune to Stun, so it’s got more protection against creatures of its caliber. We’ve also modified its Piercing Cunning Charge to make it a revenge move, and we’ve added an On Escape ability, to open up the possible uses of this dinosaur in battle.

Resistances

  • Stun: From 50% up to 100%

Ability Updates

  • Piercing Cunning Charge modified.
  • Hunt on Escape added.

MasiakasaurusOmega

Masiakasaurus had been on our radars for a while, so we’ve finally taken the time to dust it off and bring it back into the spotlight. We’ve started by raising the Stat caps of a few of its Stats, so players have more freedom when it comes to training. We’ve also changed the Swap In and On Escape abilities to remove all forms of Rending that did not really work with the rest of this dinosaur’s abilities. Finally, we made some changes to Weakening Decimate and Run, to make it REALLY scary.

Stats

  • Attack Cap: from 2525 to 2750
  • Speed Cap: from 129 to 135
  • Health Cap: from 5140 to 5530
  • Base Critical Damage multiplier: from 110% to 125%

Ability Updates

  • Swap In Ambush Rend becomes Swap In Definite Strike
  • No Escape Rend becomes Impact On Escape
  • Weakening Decimate And Run modified.

AquilopsRare

When Aquilops was released, we underestimated how strong all the healing abilities it had would be. We’ve made a small tweak to Alert Resilient Healing Strike to make it more balanced and fair to fight against, but we’ll keep monitoring Aquilops’ performance and see if more changes are necessary.

Ability Updates

  • Alert Resilient Healing Strike modified when Threatened.

BaryothusEpic

While Baryothus was holding its own, it still lacked the presence of a 4th ability in order to match the power of opponents in the same rarity. So we’ve added a new ability, Instant Resilient Impact, to remedy that.

Ability Updates

  • Instant Resilient Impact added.

Piercing Cunning Rampage

  • Becomes a revenge move. When Revenge is active, the ability has No Delay and gains Priority.

Weakening Decimate and Run

  • Act Last removed.

Alert Resilient Healing Strike

  • When below the 33% Health threshold, the Cooldown is now 3 turns, up from 2.

What’s Fixed?

Some pesky bugs have been squashed for 3.19! Here are a few of the most notable fixes that you are likely to enjoy:

Bug Fixes:

  • Rebirth T. rex’s Critical Devouring Impact icon should now properly reflect the ability’s behavior
  • The battle should no longer be paused for an extended time when they AI opponent is Stunned

Known Issues:

  • Players on Apple devices using iOS 26 may encounter lag and/or game crashes.
  • Some players may not be able to complete Creature Tracker related Growth Guide mission while in GPS-less mode
  • Ready to evolve Omegas are missing the Evolve text when viewing the UI from the Eligible Creatures popup
  • When scrolling through the list of eligible creatures in the Team Select screen, the last row of dinos is sometimes cut off.
  • In the Alliance Hub, green notification dot sometimes does not disappear after collecting donated DNA
  • Achievements menu sometimes has a red notification dot even after achievement rewards have been collected.
  • The game might freeze at times, e.g. when collecting an incubator or when the daily reward screen opens.
  • Players who recently joined or created an Alliance might see the Alliance Championship reward button in a Collect state even though nothing can be collected at the time.
  • When tracking the Dimetrodon in the creature tracker, the game might wrongly indicate its presence in a specific area.
  • Some players are unable to claim rewards from Special Missions.

A note on data collecting:

We’d like to take a moment and thank everyone who has been participating in our numerous surveys and providing us with constructive feedback on our forums and social channels. We believe in player feedback and although changes rarely occur immediately, the very tangible data we collect, especially from our surveys, help guide us on our roadmaps and future optimizations.
