This therizinosaur lived in Mongolia during the Late Cretaceous. Slow moving, they use their long claws for foraging and defense. Young Segnosauri can even use them to climb trees!

Indominus rex will re-enter Raids September 30, 2023!

  • Find Ichthyovenator on the Map — when you’re sure you can spell its name — in our upcoming Spelling Bee event for a limited time, starting August 30th!

What’s Improved?

With the release of 3.1, we have improved the consistency of text across ability descriptions. We’ve also made sure that each action of an ability is listed in the description in the sequence those actions will actually occur in battle, so you can be sure what you read is exactly what you get!

These improvements to ability text touch on all current ability descriptions in the game. Don’t worry though, these are purely textual changes, we have not made any changes to the abilities themselves!

These changes are part of our ongoing goal to make abilities more comprehensible and clear. Watch out for more improvements to ability communication in future releases, and check out the differences in the example below: Scorpios rex GEN 2’s Fierce Impact!

Some members of the community have noticed an issue in their Social features that their friend list was being cut off. This made this screen difficult to navigate.
We’ve fixed this issue with an update to the friends’ list that allows you to add and sort up to 100 friends! Check out the sorting below and look out for more Social Improvements in the future!

   

Thylos Intrepidus

This hybrid was not reaching its goals in Unique tournaments and the Arenas. We’ve revamped abilities to make this intrepid flock more ravenous and given them the capacity to bypass Threshold abilities! Take note, its Escape Reversal ability can revive fallen flock members!

Abilities:

  • ON ESCAPE REVERSAL added
  • SWAP IN SHATTERING PROWL added
  • WOUNDING DEVOURING IMPACT becomes WOUNDING DEVOUR RAMPAGE
  • RENDING TAKEDOWN becomes DUAL RENDING ASSAULT
  • REACTIVE now Cleanses Damage Reduction

Attributes:

  • HP: 3900 to 4200
  • Speed: 120 to 125

Resistances:

  • Critical Chance Reduction: 0% to 50%

 

Indolycan

Indolycan has been dominating several areas of the end-game. This mighty wolf’s on-escape abilities locked out many battle options for opponents. We’ve bound down this mighty wolf slightly by adjusting its On Escape ability but kept the overall versatility of this predator intact! See the modifications to these abilities in the Ability Updates section below!

  • CHALLENGING HOWL ON ESCAPE modified

 

Aenocyconyx

Alongside the adjustment to Challenging Howl on Escape, Aenocyonyx received a second ability modification due to the excess of Priority moves in its kit. Both fast and Fierce, the Priority on Disarming Decimate and Run did not allow Cunning creatures to properly counter Aenocyonyx, despite this creature’s Class disadvantage to Cunning. Therefore, we’ve removed Priority from Disarming Decimate and Run, but left Aenocyonyx’s Speed Stat alone. This way, Aenocyonyx can remain a fast, Fierce creature while Cunning creatures gain a competitive edge against it.

Abilities:

  • CHALLENGING HOWL ON ESCAPE modified
  • DISARMING DECIMATE AND RUN modified

The following changes have been made to abilities of Indolycan and Aenocyonyx.

CHALLENGING HOWL ON ESCAPE

  • Speed increase: 50% 2 turns, 4 attacks becomes 25% 2 turns, 4 attacks
  • Damage increase: 50% 2 turns, 4 attacks becomes 25% 2 turns, 4 attacks
  • Attack: 1x Damage Stat becomes .5x Damage Stat

 

DISARMING DECIMATE AND RUN

  • Priority Removed

What’s Fixed?

Some pesky bugs have been squashed for 3.1! Here are a few of the most notable fixes that you are likely to enjoy:

  • Receiving a raid invite no longer blocks access to your friends’ list.
  • The friends’ list is better stabilized for players with more than 50 friends.
  • Various fixes were made to the Collection screen for a steadier experience.
  • Various improvements and bug fixes were made to the Omegas’ Stat training screen.
  • Fixed an issue where some devices could not close a pop-up due to the closing button being off-screen on the ”Edit your team” screen.
  • Omega Clamp Down Fixes:
    • Omegas over level 26 in Skill Tournaments and Friendly Battles will continue to be clamped to Level 26.
    • The Omega System will now calculate using all Training Points available to players on each creature, even if the Training Points are not currently applied to a creature.
    • The order of Stats with Training Points removed by the system is now dynamic. Stats with the most Training Points applied to them will be reduced first to meet the event’s requirements. For ties between multiple Stats, Speed is now the last Stat to be modified.

 

We’re currently working on solutions for the following issues:

  • iOS users may not receive raid invites if sent via an Android device
  • Players may experience issues starting a friendly battle.
  • During a raid session, the game can switch to landscape mode on some devices—causing UI issues.
    • This is not intended, as the game is supposed to stay in portrait mode.
  • Expired DNA Donation requests sometimes remain in Alliance Chat
  • Players may sometimes experience issues while trying to play the Daily Incubator Video Ad.
  • Players may rarely experience issues including an application crash when interacting with the Creature Tracker.

We’d like to take a moment and thank everyone who has been participating in our numerous surveys and providing us with constructive feedback on our forums and social channels. We believe in player feedback and although changes rarely occur immediately, the very tangible data we collect, especially from our surveys, help guide us on our roadmaps and future optimizations.
