In the 2022 Community Choice feature survey, players ranked the Creature Tracker as their most desired feature. Well, you ask and we answer. There’s a new way to find your favorite creatures in Jurassic World Alive!

Unlock the Creature Tracker at Level 3, and access it via a new Tracker button on your Map.

Add creatures you wish to Track to an open tracker slot. The Tracker unlocks with 1 free slot, and slots 2-4 are unlockable with Cash once you reach the required Level. Once slots are unlocked, you are free to change the creature you are tracking within the Slot as often as you like!

Head to the Map. If any of your tracked creatures are within .75 kilometers (.5 miles) on the Map, you’ll see a beacon leading you to them!

Creatures of any rarity, owned or discovered, can be added to the Tracker. Use the tracker to collect more DNA of the creatures you need!

Only creatures available in regular Geolocation gameplay are available to Track and will be in your ‘Eligible Creatures’ list in the Tracker menu. Creatures in Event Supply Drops will not be trackable – just check your Weekly Calendar and head over to Event Supply Drops to collect them!

Starting your JWA Arena Progression just got easier! We’ve rebalanced trophy rewards in the early game to help new players climb the ranks quicker and unlock more rewards.

Before the change, players received 30 trophies for winning any battle, and lost 30 trophies for losing any battle, with a 10 trophy variance in either direction based on if your opponent is weaker than you or stronger than you.

With the release of the October 2022 PvP Season, we’re changing the trophy rewards you receive based on your total amount of trophies. This will allow players with fewer trophies to collect them faster, getting out of the early Arenas and into the real fight sooner! See the specific Trophy reward table below:

Note that the 10 trophy variance is still included. This means that, if facing an opponent stronger than yourself in the 0-499 Trophy bracket, you could win up to 55 Trophies! If facing an opponent weaker than yourself in this bracket, you will win 35.

Stegoceras

Compared to other Continental creatures, Stegoceras came up a little lacking in recent analysis. To help out this headbutt hero, we’re giving its Impact ability a little spruce.

Abilities:

  • Critical Impact becomes Fierce Critical Impact

Ardontosaurus

Linked to the below Ardentismaxima makeover, Ardontosaurus is also receiving a small upgrade.

Attributes:

  • DoT resistance : 0 to 10

Entelolania

The recent buff to this furred tortoise helped its numbers, but wasn’t enough to get it back in the meta. We’ve modernized Entelolania’s ability kit and increased its Armor stat to make it more effective in all battle modes.

Abilities:

  • Resilient Impact becomes Group Resilient Impact
  • Devastation becomes Resilient Devastation
  • Minor Decelerating Counter added

Attributes:

  • Armor: 45% to 55%

Erlidomimus

Many players have asked for an update to this Classic clawed creature, and the time is finally here! We’ve improved most of its stats and updated its moveset, upgrading Erlidominus’ “self-buffer” identity.

Abilities:

  • Rampage becomes Distracting Rampage
  • Distracting Impact becomes Ferocious Cunning Impact
  • Defensive Swap In added

Attributes:

  • Health: 3300 to 3600
  • Damage: 1500 to 1600
  • Speed: 129 to 131
  • Critical: 40% to 50%

Erlikospyx

This finned fiend had a bit of a generic Cunning kit. Along with improving its stats and resistances to bring it into the modern meta, we’ve doubled down on its ‘distractor’ identity and made it one of the most cunning ‘Cunning’ creatures around.

Abilities:

  • Minimal Speedup Strike becomes Cunning Strike
  • Instant Distraction becomes Instant Decelerating Distraction
  • Swap In Distraction added

Attributes:

  • Health: 4200 to 4650
  • Damage: 1500 to 1650

Resistances:

  • Stun Resistance: 67% to 100%
  • Speed Decrease Resistance: 0% to 75%

Quetzorion

Quetzorion does well in the meta, but our playtests have shown its Sidestep ability somewhat ineffective and underused. We’ve added a Distraction component to this ability, making it a more worthwhile choice against any Fierce creature this feathered hunter might match up with.

Abilities:

  • Sidestep becomes Distracting Sidestep

Ardontognathus

Our analytics showed that Ardontognathus lacked effective moves in its first turn. We’re modifying its Strike ability to help deal with that problem, while maintaining this amphibian’s Wildcard identity.

Abilities:

  • Fierce Strike becomes Cunning Fierce Strike

Ardentismaxima

Along with other sauropods, Ardentismaxima lacked place in the meta. We’re giving it an extensive work-over to help it fare better this fall!

Abilities:

  • Resilient strike becomes Group Resilient Strike

Attributes:

  • Health: 5700 to 6000
  • Damage: 1200 to 1300
  • Armor : 0 to 10%
  • DoT resistance : 0 to 25%

Geminititan

This unique Sauropod, like the others above, needed a stronger place in the meta. It’s gaining a new counter attack, and getting an upgrade in one of its abilities!

Abilities:

  • Added Distracting Counter
  • Removed Delay on Definite Shield Advantage

Attributes:

  • Health: 5400 to 5600

Testacornibus

Suffering the same issues as its hybrid Arctovasilas, Testacornibus is receiving the same upgrade.

Abilities:

  • Counter Power Heal: 6% to 10%

Attributes:

  • Health: 5400 to 5600

Arctovasilas

This king of all bears has been having a little bit of a hibernation. We’ve slightly increased the effectiveness of its Counter Power Heal to help it keep its place at the top of the heap!

Abilities:

  • Counter Power Heal: 6% to 10%

Pteranokyrie

This aerial terror is performing lower than expected in Battle. We’re increasing its stats, and giving it a more proactive Swap In ability. We’re also increasing some effects of its Alert Squall ability (see Ability Updates).

Abilities:

  • Swap In Ferocity becomes Swap In Ferocious Strike

Attributes:

  • Health: 4500 to 5100
  • Damage: 1450 to 1550
  • Armor: 20% to 25%
ALERT SQUALL
50% Critical Chance increase when Secure becomes 100%.

20% Speed increase when threatened becomes 50%.

A note on data collecting

We’d like to take a moment and thank everyone who has been participating in our numerous surveys and providing us with constructive feedback on our forums and social channels. We believe in player feedback and although changes rarely occur immediately, the very tangible data we collect, especially from our surveys, help guide us on our roadmaps and future optimizations.
