Update 3.19 Technical Issues

Hello Trainers,

We are aware of some technical issues that some of you may be experiencing following Update 3.19.

We understand that the recent update has had a less-than-smooth rollout. The team has been closely monitoring your feedback and we wanted to confirm that we are working to resolve the issues, with the following 3 identified with the highest priority.

A new update – 3.19.51 – has been released as of April 10th that addresses the following issues:

• Some players may have experienced a slow loading when launching the game, and freezing at the start screen.
  • We’ve noticed this issue happening primarily on Android devices.

• Some players may have experienced an increase in various game crashes, or the app becoming responsive.
  • We’ve noticed this issue happening primarily on Android devices.

• Finally, we are aware of some players encountering an error when creating a Webstore account for the first time after updating to 3.19. These players are unable to sync their support key to their email login.
  • While this issue is now resolved in 3.19.51, players who previously experienced it may still have trouble syncing their account. The team is continuing to work in order to unblock these players.

With today’s update, we believe these 3 primary issues have been addressed. If after updating to 3.19.51, players feel like these issues continue to occur, please continue to report and send feedback through.

Your continued feedback and reports has allowed us to advance on the investigation of these issues as quickly as possible!

Once we are able to confirm that these issues are resolved, a global compensation will be sent to all players as a token of appreciation for your patience and understanding.
