Travel Hub FAQ

Who can access the Travel Hub?

  • This feature will be available to all players.

How do I start using the Travel Hub?

  • Accessing the Travel Hub is easy. A guided tutorial for both new and existing players will direct you to the feature. You can access the Hub by clicking on the existing Map button, which opens into a radial menu with a globe icon, allowing you to explore new cities and continents around the world.

Do I need to have GPS enabled to use the Travel Hub?

  • No. Players who have GPS permissions disabled are automatically brought to the Travel Hub as their default mode of play. Players with the GPS enabled can freely switch between regular GPS mode and Travel Hub.

How does traveling work, and what locations are available?

  • The Travel Hub will have fixed locations available at launch and all zones and continents will be on rotation. Importantly, you will complete a full rotation of all cities before the rotation cycle brings you back to your starting location.

How often will the rotation happen?

  • Zones: will rotate every 2 days
Continents: will rotate every 16 days

How far can I travel? How do I move on the map?

  • Once in your new location, players will have a 250 meters travel fence. To move around your radius, players will have to pan & pinch their screens.
Touch + Move: Pans the camera
Two Touch + Pinch/Spread: Zooms in/ out of the map view
Two Touch + Rotation: Rotate the map view

How does this feature benefit my gameplay and collection?

  • The Travel Hub offers players broader resource accessibility. Location barriers are a thing of the past, meaning distance is no longer a deterrent for collecting dinosaurs. You will have the ability to collect dinosaurs in any Zone or Continent, ensuring you no longer miss out on any regional or exclusive releases!

Do I get extra benefits if I’m a VIP member?

  • Yes! Being a VIP has its additional perks for Travel Hub. VIP players will have a 300 meters travel fence and 20% longer dart sessions.

Will there be a special way to track progress with this feature?

  • Yes. In the Growth Guide players will be encouraged to travel and discover new locations through a new time-limited pillar. You’ll want to grab it before it’s gone!

How much does Travel Hub cost?

  • Travel Hub in itself will be free to use. However, if you want to change to another zone, the base cost will be 100 Cash. If you want to change to another continent, the base cost will be 1000 Cash. The cost to swap zones or continents will increase if you rotate more than 1 time within the default rotation.

What can I do when travelling?

  • Everything you regularly would! Players can still collect dinosaurs, spin Supply Drops, join Raids, use Sanctuaries and Strike Towers etc.

Are resources collected in Travel mode included in my daily limit?

  • Resources daily limits are shared between the two ways to play the geolocation mode. Players can carry out their daily routine the way they want using one of the geo modes or both modes at the same time! We have however adapted the amount of reward you will get depending on the geo mode you use. Players who use the regular geo mode, walking around their neighborhood, will get more rewards per action (supply drop spin, drone etc.) compared to people who only use the Travel Hub from the comfort of their home.
