Special Destination Event FAQ

We are excited to introduce our brand-new feature: Special Destination. This innovative addition is designed to let players participate in immersive, geo-based events from anywhere in the world! To kick things off, we are launching our very first Special Destination event, Return to Rebirth. Starting July 30th, players can head to the Travel Hub to access the new dedicated tab and virtually travel to the mysterious Île Saint-Hubert for an exclusive five-day adventure!

Who can access the Special Destination Event?

• This feature will be available to all players!

How do I access the Special Destination Event?

• From the map screen, tap the zone icon from the middle of the menu, and then the Travel Hub icon. Within the Travel Hub pop-up, players will be greeted by a dedicated tab for the Special Destination!

Can I exit and return to the Special Destination Event?

• Yes! Once purchased, your ticket allows you to freely exit and re-enter the event as often as you’d like for the duration of the event.

What can players expect during the Special Destination Event?

• During the Return to Rebirth event, players will be able to collect dinosaur DNA from a variety of activities. Regular drones, challenge drones, and special Strike Towers are spread across the island, including a special 3-phase Boss Strike Tower.
  In addition to the activity rewards, the Growth Guide will have a special time-limited pillar for Return to Rebirth, granting even more rewards!

What kind of DNA can I collect from the Special Destination activities?

• Rebirth Spinosaurus, Rebirth Spinosaurus Gen 2, Rebirth T-Rex, Rebirth Raptor, Rebirth Quetzalcoatlus, Raptoceras, Distortus Rex, Mutadon, Tyrannotor DNA, and more will be available as rewards for participating in the Return to Rebirth event.

How much will the Special Destination Event cost?

• The Return to Rebirth event requires a one-time ticket that costs 1,500 Cash and grants full access for the duration of the event (July 30th – August 4th). Future events may have a different price.

What can players expect from the Challenge Drones in the Special Destination?

• Similar to the Challenge Drones in Isle of Trials, specific Rebirth dinos available on the map will have specific challenges to collect their DNA. For the Return to Rebirth event, all Challenge Drones require a specific number of direct hits to collect!
  There are attempt limits for Challenge Drones but they only increase upon completion of the objective, so don’t feel bad if you don’t win the first time! Once the Challenge is completed, the Challenge Drone Dino will disappear from the map temporarily, but will then return at a later period, so check in regularly to see if they’re back! Once the attempt limit is fully reached, the Challenge Drone Dino will appear as a hologram instead.To celebrate the event launch and to ensure players of all Drone skill types have equal opportunity, all Challenge Drone battery duration will be 30 Seconds. Please note that the duration may change for future Special Destination Events as we aim to find the optimal duration for all players.

Are resources collected during the Special Destination Event included in my daily limit?

• Event Supply Drops (typically the green boxes) do not share daily Resource limits between the regular map and Special Destination map. Regular Supply Drop limits (yellow/orange boxes) however do share limits between both game modes. The reset time is the same regardless of mode. Please also note the resource limit values between Special Destination and regular Map differ slightly. So get to spinning!

Do I get extra benefits if I’m a VIP member?

• VIP players have longer darting sessions during regular drones, as well as receiving more rewards from each Event Supply Drop. Note that the daily limits are the same for both, VIP players just have the opportunity to reach them faster.

Are there any special missions or objectives for the Special Destination Event?

• Yes! The Growth Guide has a Time-limited pillar specifically for the Special Event, allowing you to earn even more rewards. You can check out the Growth Guide missions and their rewards before purchasing your ticket to the event, too.
