We acknowledge that some players did not receive their rewards upon redeeming the Sinraptor Seasonal Reward, and we are currently investigating the issue to isolate a cause.
In the meantime, we believe only a small number of players experienced the issue.
We are investigating the full scope of the issue and will take further action when necessary. In the meantime, please contact our support team either directly in-game or at support+alive@ludia.com if you have not yet received your Sinraptor Seasonal Rewards after redeeming them.
