We’re aware that the Arctovasilas skin is not appearing in the current Grand Premium Pass.
We’ve identified the cause, and the issue has now been fixed.
Please note that players who have purchased the Grand Premium pass will receive the Arctovasilas skin via in-game mail. Please make sure to check your inbox.
We’re also aware that players who have already opened the Grand Premium pass might see a blank square if they don’t clear their device cache memory. However, rest assured that the Arctovasilas skin will be available as intended.
