Android Access Issues (12/08/22) *UPDATE*

Hello DPG Members,

Please note that we’re currently working on a technical update that will address the affected locked-out Android users that are unable to access the game. We are currently running extensive tests on the fix to ensure no other facets of the game are impacted. We’re planning to release this update as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, as we know many players have been affected by it. Your continued patience is deeply appreciated.

2022-12-19 UPDATE

• The team has released version 2.20.28 as an optional download.
• Downloading this version should allow impacted Android players to be able to re-login and access the game.
• Please note that downloading this version will incur some unexpected visual side-effects as a result of the fix initiated for the primary login issue. These may include missing textures and or graphical oddities. The team is aware of them.
• We are aiming to resolve these visual issues with a later major update, but as of now the team’s priority was to release 2.20.28 to allow impacted players’ access

2022-12-20 UPDATE

• The team has extracted the list of Android users that could not login due to the original 2.20.x update.
• These players will be receiving compensation mails as of December 20th, 2022 10:00 AM ET.
• These mails will expire after 14 days.
• If you were impacted by the issue but have not received your compensation mail within 48 hours of this message, please contact our support team either in-game or over at support+alive@ludia.com with your Support Key included.
