Important Technical Update for our iOS Community

We are aware that some of our players on Apple devices are experiencing technical challenges following the recent update to iOS 26.2. These issues may include screen flickering, application crashes during battles, and general navigation.

We want to thank you for your patience and for the detailed reports you’ve shared. This information is helping our engineering team move as quickly as possible in addressing the issues.

If you have been on the receiving end of these bugs, the following are potential workarounds to temporarily improve your experience in Jurassic World Alive.

• Power Saver Mode: Internal testing and reports from the community suggest that adjusting your in-game settings can help improve stability. Players have reported that this temporarily reduces the flickering and improves overall stability.
  • Enable Power Saver Mode: Navigate to your in-game Settings menu and toggle “Power Saver” to ON.

Additionally, we recommend ensuring your device has at least 2GB of free storage and that other high-memory background apps are closed while playing.
