March 2025 – Alliance Incubator Rewards Issue

Hello Community,

Earlier today, March 24th, we received reports of an issue with the distribution of the weekly Alliance Mission Rewards for all players who participated. We are aware that players who attempt to collect their rewards may have their game freeze and are forced to restart the app causing them to not receive their rewards.

We apologize for the experience and are working on delivering the missing rewards. All players who participated at least once in this week’s Alliance Mission will receive the missing rewards as of tomorrow, March 25th at 1:00PM EST.

The team has been hard at work investigating the issue and we can confirm that future rewards will deliver as intended.
